Charity People is proud to be partnering with Fundraising Everywhere on the search for a new Email Marketing Manager. Fundraising Everywhere believes every fundraiser deserves access to learning, support and community, no matter where they are in their career.

Salary: £37,000 / €44,200 per annum, depending on location
Location: Fully remote, UK or Ireland, with occasional travel for team meetings and sector events. This will be around twice per year and travel will be paid by the organisation.
Contract: Permanent, 30 hours per week, worked flexibly between 7am–7pm UK/Ireland time

As Email Marketing Manager, you’ll play a central role in helping Fundraising Everywhere grow its reach, deepen engagement and strengthen member retention through its most important marketing channel.

What you’ll do:
We’re looking for an experienced email marketer to take ownership of Fundraising Everywhere’s email strategy from end to end. You’ll shape how audiences discover events, engage with content and become long-term members of the community.

Your work will include:

Leading email strategy across acquisition, conversion and retention
Building and optimising customer journeys, automations and nurture sequences
Using segmentation, testing and analytics to improve engagement and performance
Managing partner and sponsored email campaigns with care and commercial awareness
Working collaboratively across marketing, customer experience and membership teams
Using data and insight to recommend improvements and spot new opportunities

What we’re looking for
We’d love to hear from someone who combines strategic thinking with strong hands-on delivery. You’ll likely bring:

Strong experience in email marketing, automation and segmentation, ideally using Mailchimp
A proven track record of building high-performing email journeys and conversion funnels
Confidence analysing campaign performance and translating insight into action
Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
A collaborative, proactive and organised approach to work
Experience managing internal and external stakeholders, including partners or sponsors

You don’t need experience in virtual events to succeed in this role. What matters most is curiosity, adaptability and a genuine passion for creating meaningful audience experiences.

Are you a detail-oriented Administrator with a passion for architecture and education? Charity People are thrilled to be partnering with a professional body based in London. We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join the Education Department temporarily for a period of 3 months.

This is a fast-paced, detail-focused administrative role supporting the delivery of the education awards, bursaries, and scholarships. You’ll work closely with the Head of Education Projects and team to ensure submissions are processed accurately and efficiently within tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

Log and process award submissions accurately and efficiently
Check eligibility and ensure all entries meet required criteria
Format written and audio-visual content for judging and publication
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and the awards website
Support the administration of scholarships and bursaries, including logging applications and data cleansing
Assist with reporting and coordination across education projects
Work collaboratively with internal teams, academics, and external stakeholders

You will have:

Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident handling data, spreadsheets, and digital systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage high volumes of work to tight deadlines
Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality

Desirable experience

Experience in education, higher education, or grant administration
Background in project or event coordination
Interest in architecture, design, or the creative industries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, Teams)

Charity People is delighted to be partnering again with Anne Frank Trust UK to recruit for their next School Engagement Officer.

Anne Frank Trust UK is an anti‑prejudice education charity founded in 1991 and the UK partner of the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam. Using Anne Frank’s life story and the historical context of the Holocaust, the Trust empowers young people aged 9–15 to recognise and challenge ALL forms of prejudice and discrimination.

Their work reaches young people through in‑school workshops, online learning events, and an Ambassadors Programme supporting young people with lived experience of prejudice.

This role is a front‑line education post, delivering engaging workshops in schools across Bristol and the surrounding area, mentoring young people as peer educators and ambassadors, and playing a key role in establishing and growing the Trust’s presence in a new region.

As this is a newly established regional post, there is a strong emphasis on developing new relationships, proactively engaging schools and partners, and building a sustainable network of education delivery across the South West.

Education Delivery Specialists play a vital role in helping young people develop confidence, empathy and the skills to challenge prejudice in their communities.

Contract and benefits

Permanent, full‑time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary £32,000, with annual increases of £1,000 for the first three years (subject to appraisal)
Home‑based with local and regional travel, plus occasional UK‑wide travel and overnight stays
Evening and weekend work required infrequently (TOIL provided)
28 days annual leave plus bank holidays and discretionary Christmas closure

Key responsibilities

Plan and deliver high‑quality educational workshops for young people aged 9–15 in schools
Educate about Anne Frank, the Holocaust and contemporary forms of prejudice
Train and support young people as peer educators and Anne Frank Ambassadors
Provide mentoring and pastoral support to young people throughout their ambassador journey
Proactively develop new relationships with schools and local stakeholders, securing bookings and expanding regional reach
Build and establish a strong network of partner schools across Bristol and the surrounding area
Support events, trips and projects linked to the Ambassadors Programme
Ensure excellent safeguarding practice at all times
Monitor impact, collect evaluation data and maintain accurate records
Contribute positively to a collaborative and values‑led education team

The ideal candidate will have

Experience delivering engaging sessions with young people, particularly those facing disadvantage
Confidence facilitating discussions around sensitive or complex topics
Experience or confidence in building relationships and engaging new stakeholders
A strong commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion
Knowledge of safeguarding and youth support principles
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The role involves regular travel between schools. Candidates must be able to meet this requirement reliably (a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous).
Willingness to travel regularly across the Bristol and surrounding region and work flexibly when required
A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in education, youth work or a related field

About the role

Working as a key member of the project team, the Platform Owner for CRM will have full responsibility for ensuring the Platform delivers as much value as possible. In addition, the Service Owner will understand how their service underpins another business service (such as those offered by HR or Finance), whilst maintaining an effective understanding of the entire service landscape, including boundaries with other services and interdependencies.

About you

The key requirements for this role surround the following skills and experience:

Previous experience of implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics in a large scale and complex organisational structure.

You will need a very good understanding of Dynamics and being able to quickly understand new concepts and lead a technical team.

It is essential that you have good interpersonal skills and can persuade and influence senior stakeholders.

You will be skilful at facilitating and enabling team collaboration, have knowledge across both delivery and service and be able to manage conflicting priorities.

Experience working as a Product/Platform Owner role or within an agile environment

Ability to understand complex customer demands and turn them into easy to understand user stories

Proactively working with other people, teams, partners and functions for the benefit of the wider institution
