Who We Are
UnLtd is the UK’s leading funder and supporter of social entrepreneurs – backing them at every stage of their journey, from initial idea to investment.
We go beyond outreach, actively seeking out underserved founders and communities, breaking down systemic barriers so those furthest from opportunity are first in line for support.
We invest in social entrepreneurs with unrestricted funding and tailored support that flexes to match their stage, ambition, and needs. Every Award winner receives personalised guidance from a dedicated support manager, targeted workshops, vibrant peer networks, and access to expert mentors – including pro bono advice. It’s not one-size-fits-all; it’s support designed to help social entrepreneurs thrive and create lasting impact.
UnLtd values diversity and is committed to equity, inclusion, and understanding intersectionality. These principles guide how we build our teams, empower social entrepreneurs, and create an organisation where every person belongs. We actively welcome applications from underrepresented groups, including those who identify as Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic, LGBTQIA, disabled, neurodivergent, carers, or from less advantaged socioeconomic backgrounds.
We also welcome conversations about reasonable adjustments to support individuals with disabilities related to physical or mental health.
