This is a particularly exciting time to join. Having experienced significant growth in recent years, Voice 21 is now investing in fundraising to support its long-term ambitions, creating a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to help build something for the future.

About the Role

This is a broad and varied fundraising role offering exposure across trusts and foundations, philanthropy and corporate partnerships.

Initially, you'll take ownership of supporting trusts and foundations activity, managing applications, reporting, prospect research and funder relationships. Alongside this, you'll contribute to emerging philanthropy and corporate partnership programmes, gaining valuable experience across multiple income streams.

No two days will look the same. You might be researching potential funders, drafting applications, supporting cultivation events, stewarding donors or helping develop new partnership opportunities. It's a role that offers genuine variety, autonomy and the chance to make a visible contribution.

About You

We're looking for someone who is proactive, ambitious and excited by the opportunity to grow alongside a developing fundraising function.

You'll likely bring:

• Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail
• Experience managing projects, relationships or fundraising activities
• An organised and proactive approach
• Confidence working independently and taking ownership of your work
• Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to get stuck in
• A desire to develop your knowledge of trusts and foundations, philanthropy and corporate partnerships

Most importantly, you'll enjoy spotting opportunities, building relationships and helping shape what comes next.

Why Join Voice 21?

This role offers a rare opportunity to join a fundraising function at a formative stage of its development. With new investment, ambitious growth plans and an experienced Corporate Partnerships Lead joining the organisation, you'll be part of a team with significant momentum and potential.

The culture is entrepreneurial, ambitious and fast-moving. It will suit someone who enjoys working in a growing organisation, embraces change and wants the opportunity to shape their own role. As fundraising continues to evolve, there will be plenty of scope to broaden your experience, take on greater responsibility and grow your career.

If you're looking for a role with real ownership, learning opportunities and the chance to make a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you

Head of Fundraising
£50,000 | Full Time | London

Charity People are thrilled to be working with an ambitious, community-focused health charity entering an exciting new phase of growth and development. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a fundraising function with significant scope to shape strategy, build support and create sustainable income that delivers meaningful impact across communities.

We're looking for a hands-on fundraiser who enjoys leading from the front. You'll combine strategic thinking with practical delivery, building relationships, developing funding propositions, securing income and creating the systems, processes and supporter journeys needed for long-term success.

This is not a role where you'll inherit a large team or established fundraising machine. Instead, you'll have the opportunity to drive fundraising growth, develop new opportunities across corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, community fundraising, and individual giving, and play a visible role across the organisation.

We're open to candidates from a range of fundraising backgrounds and income streams. What matters most is your track record of generating income, your ability to build strong relationships, and your enthusiasm for rolling up your sleeves and making things happen.

We're keen to hear from people who can demonstrate:

• Successful fundraising and income generation
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Experience developing fundraising plans, campaigns or partnerships
• Confidence working autonomously and influencing at senior levels
• A proactive, hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset

Why apply?
This is an opportunity to build something special within an organisation committed to improving lives, reducing inequalities and strengthening communities. You'll have genuine ownership, significant visibility and the chance to help shape the future of fundraising within a growing and ambitious organisation.

Closing date: 12 October 2026
