Role: Recertification Coordinator
Location: Whitechapel, London (Hybrid: 1–2 days in office)
Salary: £35,680–£36,770 (non-negotiable, aligned to pay framework)

Now, we’re looking for a Recertification Coordinator to join their Growth & Product team and play a vital role in guiding businesses through the recertification process, ensuring they continue to meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the expert guide: Help B Corps navigate recertification by translating technical standards into clear, accessible advice.
  • Keep things moving: Monitor the recertification pipeline, track progress, and implement process improvements.
  • Communicate with impact: Deliver timely, tailored communications and manage technical queries with clarity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate for success: Work closely with internal teams and global partners to enhance the customer experience.
  • Drive innovation: Identify opportunities to improve processes and resources that support the B Corp community.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer/client/stakeholder-focused environment—ideally membership, quality, compliance or assessment functions.
  • Highly organised, with strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to learn technical language quickly and translate it into plain English for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
