Administrator

 

Duration: 3 Months

Working hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (9am-5pm, Monday to Friday)

Pay: £13.00 per hour plus £1.57 per hour holiday pay

Location: Hybrid (Bristol-based with some remote working)

Immediate start essential

 

Charity People are working with a Royal College based in Bristol. There is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a busy team that provides evidence-based resources to support healthcare professionals, students, and allied health professionals in their professional and academic development.

 

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering and promoting charity publications and resources while maintaining accurate records, supporting subscribers, and assisting with working groups and live journal club sessions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the delivery and promotion of publications and resources.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and reporting activities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to subscribers and stakeholders.
  • Represent the team at working groups and support journal club live sessions.

 

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Awareness of library and information services.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
