Senior Centre Manager – Camden Square Play Centre

Location: Camden, London
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours/week, year-round

Contract: 1 year fixed term (with possibility of extending)

  • Risk Management: You’ll ensure a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children, staff, and visitors—always staying ahead of compliance and safeguarding standards.
  • Rota Management: You’ll lead a committed team, creating smart, flexible staff rotas that support wellbeing and deliver consistent, high-quality services.
  • Budget Oversight: You’ll manage the centre’s finances with confidence—balancing sustainability with innovation and ensuring every penny supports our mission.
  • Service Development: With enthusiasm and creativity, you’ll shape new projects and services that respond to community needs and reflect PACE’s commitment to inclusive, child-centred practice.
  • Quality Assurance: You’ll champion excellence in everything we do—from daily operations to long-term strategy—ensuring our services are welcoming, inclusive, and impactful.
